• Grant of Rights: You grant Vaqueros Y Amigos, Inc. a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide right to capture and use your name, voice, image, and likeness.
• Usage Scope: This includes, but is not limited to, use in promotional materials, social media, websites, grant applications, educational materials, and press releases.
• Ownership: All captured media (photographs, video, and audio) remains the sole property of Vaqueros Y Amigos, Inc. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any "moral rights" regarding the use of your likeness.
• Minors: Participation by a minor constitutes consent by their parent or legal guardian for the minor’s likeness to be used under these same terms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade our donor lists with third parties. We only share information when:

• Required by law or to protect our legal rights.
• Necessary for third-party service providers (like payment processors or email platforms) to perform tasks on our behalf. These providers are strictly prohibited from using your data for their own marketing.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may opt-out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or by contacting us directly. You may also request to review or update the personal information we have on file for you.
